Happy New Year!!!




Tips
1.  Find a quiet place where you won’t be distracted(room, closet, car,etc)
2.  Wear comfortable clothes(cotton/linen);light colors(preferably white)
3.  Optional, but I recommend, light scented candles & incense
4.  Meditate on an empty Stomach
5.  Meditate 15 to 30 minutes per day in am and pm or longer if possible

Breathing
1.  Inhale through the nose
2.  Exhale through the mouth
3.  Take deep, slow, long & lingering breaths until you feel calm and at peace

What is it??......Mental Mantras/Affirmations
Mantra: A mantra is a sound, syllable, word, or group of words that is considered capable of "creating transformation" (cf. spiritual transformation).

Affirmation: Affirmations refers primarily to the practice of positive thinking—fostering a belief that "a positive mental attitude creates a positive change/transformation.

The universe is conspiring for my highest good
I am healed               ·      My Father and I are One

Waiting
Black Out, No Mental Pictures, no thoughts, no sounds
Wait /patiently for that which is in spirit to appear within (your inner eye)
