Tips
1. Find a quiet place where you
won’t be distracted(room, closet, car,etc)
2. Wear comfortable
clothes(cotton/linen);light colors(preferably white)
3. Optional, but I recommend, light
scented candles & incense
4. Meditate on an empty Stomach
5. Meditate 15 to 30 minutes per
day in am and pm or longer if possible
1. Inhale through the nose
2. Exhale through the mouth
3. Take deep, slow, long & lingering
breaths until you feel calm and at peace
